We have extensive knowledge, gained over 25 years in practice, of planning and building legislation in towns, villages in the Rural Area, Conservation Areas and the Green Belt. More recently, technical concerns such as sustainability are being addressed in our projects. All this expertise stands us in good stead when negotiating with Local Authority Planning and Building Control departments.
