Project Brief
A two storey family house with basement gym and incoming services room. The house is half-built and completion is due in June of this year, 2024.
The projecting wing of the building is to be clad in flints to match local buildings. The main body of the house is built in bricks from a local brickworks and roofed in slates to harmonise with barns nearby.
There is a separate (stand-alone) pool house and a large pond which are also under construction in the grounds of the property.
